Right on the border of the Macedon Region (could have been Macedon - but the family chose Sunbury), hand-picked, naturally fermented and sustainably farmed.
"Sees about 30% whole bunch. Wild fermented, not surprisingly with the name. From the grower-producer-farmer Ray-Monde Deux; the focus is on regenerative and sustainable agriculture, and wine happens around that (as does growing lamb for food).
