Belinda Thomson of Crawford River strays from the family estate to experiment with her label "Apis".
Her Gris presents light skin contact, with roughly 50% having 4 days on skin. The two ferments were further divided, with half going into stainless and half fermented in French oak, resulting in a bright and approachable orange wine.
