From the neighbouring 'Vivian' vineyard, farmed by Rob and Anne Tiver in Leasingham Clare Valley, 24 years old, planted on terra rossa soils (red clay on limestone), hand harvested, 100% destemmed, roughly 2 weeks on skins, lightly plunged twice a day in open head stainless steel fermenters, aged in 2000L Slavonian oak foudre for 9 months and then stainless for 3 months.
