2019 La Maison Romane - Côte-de-Nuits-Villages, BURGUNDY, FRANCE. 750ml
40 year-old vines of Pinot Noir from the village of Brochon (just beside Gevrey-Chambertin) on clay and limestone soils. Whole clusters are naturally fermented in oak barrels for three weeks. Ageing is for 12-months in used oak barrels. Round and quite concentrated yet extremely fresh and mineral. 1115 bottles produced.
