2019 Latta Vino 'Warrak' Sangiovese. Grampians-VIC. 750ml.

 

Minimal sulphur adds. 20 year old vines on granite sands over red clay loam. 20% whole bunch, 5 weeks extended maceration in open concrete fermenters, indigenous yeasts. Elevage in 500L puncheons for 12 months, a further 10 months in stainless steel prior to bottling.
