2020 Patrick Sullivan "Ada River" Chardonnay, Gippsland Vic. 750ml
The Ada River vineyard is in the Baw Baw Shire at an altitude of 300m, on volcanic soils. The vineyard is 'Clos' like, surrounded by a wall of trees which adds protection from wind.
Patrick makes all of his chardonnays the same way, therefore it's all about site. Wines inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place.
