2022 Cobaw Ridge Pinot Noir - Macedon Ranges, VIC 750ml
As the name suggests, fruit from our original 1995 planting. Simply made with mostly destemmed fruit, generally pumped over and some hand plunging. Matured 12 months in 25% new French oak. Bottled under DIAM 30 closure. Super fine and more delicate than the HD but still with amazing intensity.
