Returns Policy

Please note that Winespeake sells mostly wines that have been made with minimal intervention practices. If you are unfamiliar with terms such as 'natural', 'orange', 'unfiltered' or 'sulphur free' we recommend you contact us directly to discuss your wine purchasing needs. We have done our best to provide detailed notes on all the wines.

Therefore returns are not available for wines that fall within these terms unless a genuine 'fault' is found such as 'cork taint', 'ullaged' or leaking closures or breakages, upon delivery.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


For delivery Aust-wide we use the Fastway Courier network, or Australia Post depending on your location. Please ensure someone 18years+ is available to accept your delivery at your nominated address. We do not have permission to leave products unattended. 

For remote and regional destinations, and alternative packing sizes, additional charges may apply. We will contact you to advise.

Hot Weather - We will always endeavour to avoid shipping your wine in hot weather conditions. This may cause delays to your delivery. If you are concerned about this please call or email us to discuss.

Any non-delivery fees or delivery address redirect fees will be incurred at the customer's cost. Should no one be available to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left and it will be the customers responsibility to follow up with Fastway or Australia Post regarding collection or redelivery of stock.

Timelines - Aus metro approx 3-5 business days. Regional 5-8 business days. Your tracking number will be provided for all wine purchases upon request so you can follow your delivery. If you require tracking for deli goods, retail or gift vouchers please contact us via to arrange. Additional charges may apply.
