Alec Epis, ex-Essendon footballer from the 50s & 60s has handcrafted a chardonnay with stunning acid structure. Lean with mineral undertones. This wine is a wonderful example of how a well-managed vineyard can produce such high quality fruit it just shines through in the wines. No tricks, no tampering. Just great wine.
