Green banana, honey and flowers, nutty, some brine. It’s fleshy, fruity yet kind of savoury, with a quiet earthy sort of thing happening, fresh apricot too, and given some air, it freshens up and delivers some almond, lemon verbena and mint. Has a light grip, and a finish of good length, with some green olive bitterness. In short, it’s a wine I want to drink. Enough said. GW - Winefront.
