2020 Chateau Lafleur-Gazin - Pomerol, Bordeaux, FRANCE. 750ml
92-94 points Jeb Dunnuck
Deep purple-hued, with a brilliant nose of blueberries, black cherries, damp earth, chocolate, and flowers, the 2020 Château Lafleur-Gazin is medium to full-bodied and has a wonderful mid-palate, building tannins, and a great finish. One big, rich, dense Pomerol, it’s going to handsomely reward bottle age. Give bottles a solid 5-6 years and it should keep for two decades or more. (5/2021)

Such gorgeous aromas of blackberries, blueberries and crushed stones. Fresh flowers, too. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and a clean, round-textured finish. (5/2021)
92 points Wine Spectator
Plush and open in feel, with enticing mulberry and boysenberry puree carried by a silky structure. Ends with incense and black tea accents. Drink now through 2033. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 2,500 cases made, 260 cases imported. (JM) (3/2023)
90-92 points Vinous
The 2020 Lafleur-Gazin is a bruiser. Inky blackberry fruit, charcoal, game, licorice, spice and leather open first, followed by a blast of acid and tannin that states the wine's assertive personality. There is good depth and substance, even if the tannins remain pretty burly. (AG) (6/2021)
