Newer plantings in the Les Combes vineyard in Passenans. Fermentation & elevage for 9 months in old Meursault barrels. No fining or filtration and a small amount of sulphur at bottling. Very small production for this new cuvee. Preserved lemon, mineral and breezy precision on the palate.
