In 2022, this wine was made with Mourvèdre and Grenache from the same place as the Totem. It had a short maceration before pressing and aging in stainless steel. Designed to be drunk chilled. It is called Quartet because it was the fourth cuvée (after Idoine, Mura Mura and Otium, the first wines Laurent and Melissa made). ABV 12.5%. |
