Fermentation: 3g/l residual sugar
Aging: 50% Stainless, 25% New Demi-muid, 25% Ceramic
Tasting: Beautiful florals jump from the glass. Orange zest and citrus oils. Hints of honey and elderflower. The palate has wonderful texture, this a real feature in the Yura wines, pristine and pure.
