This family owned and run vineyard is all about site expression and unobtrusive winemaking. They still use old 'foudres' or large old oak barrels to age the wine, which allow the wine to develop without influencing the character. The wine has richness which displays itself in yellow peach and sweet spice notes, although it is bone dry and the acidity is quite high.
