"Picked in the early morning, destemmed and left to soak on skins all day until basket pressed late at night to an old oak barrel. Hyperoxidized treatment during the juice stage. The 2021 Minetta Chardonnay is pure, has silky acidity with a touch of oily pithiness. No additions. 220 bottles filled."
