Amaro Rubino - ALPINE ITALY. 700ml
Matteo Rubino started this amaro as a hobby and an amusement, mostly to gift to friends.
However, he was encouraged by people feedback and after two years of experimenting decided to create Amaro Rubino (Rubino from Matteo's surname!). Matteo researched lots of herbs growing at the foot hills of Piemonte and Lombardia and started to work with small organic farmers and local harvesters. The recipe is based on local honey, elderberry flowers and berries, dandelion root, caraway, chamomile and other 14 botanicals from these pre-alpine areas. The only exception is Calabrian liquorice as tribute to Matteo's grandparents.
