Greco di Tufo from Colbinabbin on Cambrian soil, first year of production on regrafted vines . One portion picked early in end of February , and the second part 3 weeks later mid-march . Both barrel fermented and matured on lees for 12 months. Blended together and with the first addition of sulfur before bottling in June 21 . Unfiltered .
