Aromatic and taut, Les Gruches is a fine cuvée of Chenin Blanc grown on limestone. From two plots of Chenin, including one aged over 80 years with very low yield, les Gruches is a dense and expressive white Saumur that expresses his terroir with generosity. The wine was aged in old barrels for 13 months.
