2020 Ceritas Zephyr Chardonnay - Sonoma Coast, California, USA. 750ml
Punchy nose with so much amplitude. Scents of crunchy Gravenstein apples and a dewy meadow on a cold morning, you can taste the salt-laden fog whisps in this wine. The palate is well balanced with quenching acidity. There is a bit more weight than Trout Gulch or Carex. The salinity is off the charts with this wine and the finish goes and goes with notes of kaffir lime, grapefruit, and fresh hay.
