Craiglee Shiraz is produced from entirely Estate grown fruit and made on site by winemaker, Pat Carmody.
The rich crimson colour, savoury pepper and spice characters and the acid fruit balance of the 2021 Shiraz is complemented with smooth tannins. It drinks well now and will age gracefully.
The palate offers a nicely rounded entry and mid-palate, showcasing a harmonious blend of red fruit and savoury elements. A delicate olive dip character adds a unique twist, enhancing the wine’s complexity. The tannins are refined and chalky, providing a sophisticated texture that complements the fruit's vibrancy. The finish is long and satisfying, underscoring the wine’s well-structured nature.
