Extended skin contact, fermentation in open oak vats, ageing in large format old oak. This wine is made to showcase the full potential of orange wines. Sulphur is only ever added at bottling, if it is felt that it is needed. Rich amber colour, a very expressive aroma and palate showing a broad spectrum of yellow orchard fruits, bruised apples, green herbs, tea leaf and so much more.
