2023 Heroes Sauvignon Blanc. Otway Hinterlands-Geelong-VIC. 750ml
Picked at 12.8be on 12th of April. Yield 2kg per vine / 2.6 tons per acre. Whole bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast in French oak Puncheons and Hogsheads, with one fifth new. Bottled without fining. 12.9% alc. 300 dozen made.
