this wine always has an incredible structure, for a wine at 11%alc, salivating acid, bright & glossy, tart lemon-lime fruit characters
, cucumber, light almond, Delightful. It shows off a little herby green streak to remind you of the variety, but sits comfortably in its own zone. saline, very energetic, strong in its mineral definition.
