Vinified in open wax lined concrete fermenters, part wholebunch, indigenous yeasts, hand plunged, 4 week extended post ferment maceration, unforced naturally occurring malolactic fermentation, unfined, unfiltered & untinkered.
Full flavour without the mouth ripping tannins. Fully delicious.
