2018 l'Octavin Poulsard Hip Hip J. Jura, FRANCE. 750ml.
The Poulsard grapes used in this wine were purchased from a friend of Alice who grew the grapes in the Jura. This wine has been made from a direct press of red Poulsard grapes to produce a nicely-textured white wine.
The fermentation was, as always, carried out using only the native yeasts brought in on the grapes.
