Locally made red wine, accompanied with aromatics and spices to make your own mulled wine at home.
Directions: In a saucepan, combine bottle of wine and contents of spice sachet. Simmer (without boiling) for 7-8 minutes. Let stand for a further 5 minutes to allow the flavours to mingle. Serve warm with a wedge of orange. Warming and delicious!
Ingredients: Red wine, brown/raw sugar, citrus, cinnamon, star anise, clove
