Single vineyard 100% chardonnay, Gin Gin clone, also grown on their lease block. Grown on granitic Karri loams, hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and then wild fermented, malolactic and maturation in 500L oak barrels. Rich and layered with a refreshing saline finish.
