Single vineyard chardonnay from the home block. The name Halcyon is an ode to the original name of the property. 100% Gin Gin clone, extremely low-cropping, planted on karri loam over decomposed granite/white clay. Hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed, wild fermented and matured in French oak barrels.
