2021 Stonegarden Cabernet Sauvignon - Barossa/Eden Valley, SA. 750ml
Choc-mint, truffle, cocoa, blackcurrant, blackberry, baking spice and sage. It’s a rich wine, lavish Eden Valley Cabernet character, which is better for some, than others. Juicy black fruit, a lot of truffle and tobacco, with a sweetness to dark fruit, tea and chocolate, and kind of overt in that way. Tannin has a milk tea and dark chocolate grip, and the finish is sooty and sweet, with drying dusty tannin on a truffle-laced finish of solid length.
