2020 Anne et Jean-François Ganevat 'Mon Rouge' Pinot Noir - VdF - (Beaujolais), FRANCE. 750ml
This cuvée changes every vintage, and in 2020 it is made of Pinot from Mâconnais in Burgundy, and from Jura. A cuvée sold through Ganevat’s négociant business, made with grapes sourced from vignerons who share Ganevat’s values and vision of natural viticulture. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by semi-carbonic maceration with temperature control (12-14°C), and two years of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulphites.
