2023 Bandicoot Run Pinot Noir - Gippsland, VIC. 750ml
From vines planted in 2017 - 7 clones of Pinot noir, gently destemmed and between 8 and 14 days maceration - each clone fermented separately and then basket pressed and combined into 4 old barrels and left to rest for 11 months. Absolute minimal handling, this wine walks the same line as the chardonnay, purity and plushness woven into a slightly lighter frame.
