2022 Bindi 'Quartz' Chardonnay. Macedon Ranges-VIC. 750ml
The top tier of the Bindi Chardonnays, this Chardonnay always shows extra complexity than the Kostas Rind due to the extra quartz in the soil at the upper end of the Chardonnay plantings.
Half one hectare in size, production is limited. The winemaking is the same as the Kostas Rind Chardonnay except this Quartz Chardonnay sometimes spends more time in barrel with about 35% new oak being used.
A stunning example of cool climate, low yielding Chardonnay.
