"My wines have & always will be made from 100% grapes, nothing added & nothing taken away. Farmed organically & hopefully in the near future all of our vineyards will be certified organic.
11.5% alc Grapes Pinot Gris Vineyard Pooks Hill Vineyard. Winemaking Whole bunches picked and foot stomped on the same day. Pressed the next morning into tank settled and racked into barrel for fermentation. Tasting Feeling Cheeky chair dance by the pool
