2015 Château Filhot (Semillon/Sauvignon)- Sauternes - FRANCE. 375ml
Utterly superb sauternes that is at once ripe and generous, with fine acid lines and subtle grassy notes. Grapes come from vineyards on the chateau's south-facing slopes, hand-harvested in multiple passes through the vineyard, gently filtered and aged for two years in barrels of varying age (1/3 new).
