Age of Vines: 80-90 years oldVinification: Semi-carbonic maceration with submerged hat, temperature control and native yeasts, then aged in large oak foudres.
The resulting wine is dark crimson colour, with a tangy nose of berries and complex potpourri. In the mouth this is a dense wine. The flavors are textured and weighty. Brambly with mulled berries in the finish as well as a licorice note.
