2017 Diego Conterno Barolo - Piedmont, ITALY. 750ml
Winemaking is very traditional and simple. All of the wines are fermented naturally and slowly in a mix of stainless steel cement and then aged in cement & 25-50 hectolitre botte. The wines are not fined or filtered.
