2022 Domaine Bobinet 'Poil de Lievre' Chenin Blanc - Saumur, Loire, FRANCE. 750ml
This cuvee of Chenin Blanc comes from younger vines on limestone soils. It is much less opulent than Les Gruches having been picked almost two weeks earlier to retain its freshness. It is pressed directly to old wood where fermentation takes place and the wine ages on lees for 6 months before bottling.
