2023 Knight 'Granite Hills' Riesling. Macedon-VIC. 750ml
One of the icons of the region. Just down the road from Heathcote, this vineyard appreciates a little more warmth than most other sites in Macedon Ranges. The soil is clay based with rocky outcrops, making it a great fit for Riesling. A bone-dry expression of the variety, with plenty of lemony acid zip and green apple skins. A mineral core and a lingering finish. These rieslings also age beautifully for a couple of decades if you have the patience.
