Our very own gin handcrafted in the 'hood! Using the pure Hepburn Springs water straight from the spring, a fine, dry gin is created. This is a contemporary take on the tradition London Dry style. On top of its juniper base, and more traditional botanicals, these guys have called on some native Australian 'superfoods'. Mountain pepper berry, Quandong (wild peach) and finger lime. Chuck some lavender in there and there you have it!
Cut at 44%, pair with blood orange.
