2017 Mythopia 'Blue Velvet' Pinot Noir - Arbaz, VALAIS, SWITZERLAND. 750ml
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and then macerated as whole bunches for six
months. Once pressed, the wine ages in old oak barrels for a year and a half. Bottled without
fining or filtration, zero sulfur added.
Style: Ripe dark fruit, and a fresh alpine herbal character.
