A 50/50 Malvasia Trebbiano blend hailing from 10 year old vines, which spent 6 days in contact with skin, following a spontantaneous ferment with indigenous yeast in cement tanks. The wine then spent 14 months in oak and acacia.
Straw, honey, wildflowers and herbal notes enveloped in minerality.
