Earth and thyme on the nose to begin, this bolder medium bodied soulful gem is filled with sarsaparilla and some medicinal herbs. Freshness yet generosity of fruit, the acidity is refreshing, the mouth moreish. Fine tannins build, waves of minerality, spice and black fruit energy. Fluid, plums, delicious.
