Organic grapes coming from the south west of France, grown by Sebastien Fezas, this little beauty is 100% Colombard. Little known fact, Colombard is a cousin of Chenin Blanc. This cuvee is named after the Australian native flower the Banksia. The label designed by Sydney artist and legend, Pilar Basa.
Yellow fruit, cumquats, orange citrus and flinty with really lovely texture and balance. Pops of freshness and pithy grapefruit, vibrant and intriguing.
