One of the original ‘Gang of Four’ Beaujolias producers (Guy Breton, Jean Foillard and Marcel Lapierre).
Candied cherry, raspberry, damp earth, spice and roses. Ripe fruit with a slightly sharp edge, stony and chalky, volume of flavour and fleshy, yet stylish and savoury. Finish is layered with spice and flowers. My word, such personality and ease of drinking here, that it’s hard to say no to another glass.
