Our 70 ares parcel is located on a plateau right above the hill of the Grands Crus on the right bank of Chablis. Its soil is from the Portlandien, upper layer of Kimmeridgien, which is mainly composed of limestone, a few clays but no fossils. The wines from this parcel are more on the fruit than the structure.
