The Les Corvées vineyard is in the Coteau des Corvées in Arbois at an altitude of 340 meters with grey marl and limestone soils.
The fruits spends 14 days on skins in open vats, partly whole clusters. It is gently pressed, fermented then aged for 8 months in old oak barrels and stainless steel tanks before bottling.
