2019 La Maison Romane 'Justice' Gevrey-Chambertin, BURGUNDY, FRANCE. 750ml
This cuvee is made from vines grown in La Justice, one of the best climats in Gevrey-Chambertin, located in the median part of La Combe de Lavaux. Whole clusters of 50 year-old Pinot Noir are naturally fermented in oak barrels for over three weeks then aged 14 months in used oak barrels. Powerful yet finessed, savoury and leathery with an extremely fine structure. 3300 bottles produced.
