(from a .57 ha holding). Discreet if easily discernible wood surrounds the ripe aromas of pear, apple, seaweed and a hint of brine character. There is excellent volume to the caressing and seductive medium weight flavors that brim with sappy dry extract that helps to buffer the firm and bright acid spine shaping the markedly dry and lingering finale where the only nit is a touch of warmth.
