2020 Domaine Servin 'Butteaux' 1er - CHABLIS, FRANCE. 750ml
2020 Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux Tasting note: A subtle but perceptible application of wood sets off equally ripe aromas poached pear, apple, citrus confit and mineral reduction. Here too there is excellent density to the palate soaking medium-bodied flavors that also flash good muscle and power on the equally compact and built-to-age finish. This could use a bit more depth but that should reasonably develop with a few years of patience.Sweet Spot Outstanding 92 Points - Allen Meadows
